Wear it. Beat it, in collaboration with the Indian Heart Association, works to raise awareness of CHD's and sponsor surgeries of people with them.
This year in the OIS fest, the Wear it. Beat it team will be participating in order to raise funds for the sponsorship of many surgeries! We will be at stall number 13 and selling all sorts of artistic goodies such as homemade jewellery, string art, dreamcatchers and more. Do stop by, and buy your heart out. It may end up saving the hearts of several others. See you then and keep sharing the love!
'Popping corn' for the upcoming OIS fest. We will be preparing popcorn and hot corn at our stall! All our profits will go to a charity known as "Dreamzhome" that looks after orphans, located in Goregaon (East) itself. This will be a part of our BAA initiative for this semester in our school.
Please join us in this endeavour and help make a difference!
The OIS fest is back again with a lot of interesting games, goodies and performances for you. This time the theme for the fest is Respect for Resources. So, there are many eco - friendly initiatives that are going to be held. Free cycling is one such initiative, where you can simply circulate and reuse things among yourselves! Have any books that you don't need anymore and are just consuming space on your book shelves? Anything else that you stored, thinking you'll use it sometime in the future, but never actually used it? Bring all these things that you don't use or need anymore either to the fest or to school any day before the fest. At the free cycling stall, you can leave behind anything that you don't require anymore and pick up any thing that may interest you. Remember, you don't have to leave behind anything to take something and vica versa. If you find something that you like at the stall, you are more than welcome to take it. You can bring absolutely anything, but try to bring items that are in a decent condition and can be reused by someone else. If you bring things in tomorrow or day after, you can give them to Agni Murthy from Grade 12 or me. if you have any questions, please contact either of us.
Full of enjoyment and fun but this does not stop you from doing something kind on that day.
These pouches are made of excess leftover fabric available at home. In order to make best use of the smallest pieces we thought to create pouches to sell and collect money for a good cause. They are handmade. On the day of the OIS fest, we request you all to buy our recycled resources.
Please come visit our Stall no.15, we will be selling the pouches to help pay for the education of the girls at an orphanage named, Bal Bhavan.

It's fest time!
