Urgent openings for HR MANAGER / HR HEAD / HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER / RECRUITMENT HEAD - Hyderabad

Function description:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling the Human Resources Function of WaterHealth India [WHIN] thereby managing Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits and entire HR core activities; along with being the single point of contact for managing a variety of Employee Related issues.

External: Consultants-Training, Recruitment and Legal, Investors, Institutions and Outsourced Agencies

Internal: Employees

Roles and Responsibility

-Design and Deliver HR strategy for WHIN in line with business objectives - Full

-Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur - Full

-Conduct training needs analysis, design and implement a training plan in line with business requirements - Full

-Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant - Full

-Support the Human Resources team members on all the issues pertaining to Human Resources - Full

-Design & plan processes for identifying employees with high potential for Recruitment and Succession Planning – Full

Qualification and Experience

Education: Post Graduate / MBA with specialization in HR

Functional Experience: Human Resource Management / Training/ Compensation and Benefit Management/PMS/Administration

Years of Experience:

The incumbent should have over 12-20 years of experience as a generalist HR with functional expertise in key HR areas
