On 6th November 2010 (Day One )

Barrack Obama will visit the Taj Hotel and stay there.

He will discuss the terrorist attack on 26/11; meet some survivors of the attack and is expected to make a statement on the issue.

How can anyone forget the terrorist attack on the 107 –year old Hetitage building, Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. As we all know, it was duly reopened for business in August 2010.

2. Subsequently, Obama will visit the Mani Bhavan, the building where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during his visits to Mumbai .
Mani Bhavan, was converted into a museum and a library, has its credit carefully preserved Gandhi's belongings and books.

The museum has Mahatma Gandhi's 'charkha' , along with other belongings and around 50,000 books and periodicals several of them are on and by Gandhi.

According to media reports, both Indian and U.S. security agencies have scrutinized Mani Bhavan and inspected the security arrangements.

3. Obama will then attend the business summit organized by US-India Business Council, to meet India Inc.

On 7th November –( Day Two )

1. Obama will spend his day with Mumbai Children at a local school and join the celebration of Diwali, the colourful festival of lights.

2. Later, Barrack Obama will visit the Town Hall to interact with University Students. He is expected to deliver a speech centered around democracy and Indo-US ties.
