Quick Shrikhand

1 cup cream(preferably sour)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Yogurt
Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, Raisins for garnishing

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the garnishing and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours and after that ENJOY IT!

Hint: You could also add a bit of saffron mixed in a small amount of lukewarm water to give a Royal flavor and color to the shrikhand.

Caution: Always keep the Shrikhand refrigerated or else it will melt and turn watery.
