Green Chili Crush

This is a very hot and spicy, side dish it is to be eaten like a pickle.

12-15 Green chilies
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
4-7 garlic pods
1 tspn oil
coriander leaves finely chopped
salt to taste

Heat a little water in a pan and add cumin seeds and the chillies and crush the garlic and add it to the water.
Then cover it and let it steam for 3 minutes.
Then remove the cover and let the water evaporate then put this in a grinder with the coriander leaves and grind into a coarse paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the prepared mixture in it for a few minutes and then serve it along with your vegetables at lunch and Enjoy The Crush

CAUTION: This is a very spicy dish so eat it with care!
