Potato Bhaji - A Bombay Specialty

Potato Bhaji, one of the favorite recipes for many of the people from Bombay (Mumbai) which they relished Mumbai.

Potato Bhaji - A Bombay Specialty



Ingredients of Potato Bhaji

1/2 kg potatoes(boiled)
1 tspn mustard seeds
1 tspn cumin seeds
1 1/2 tspn turmeric
5-7 chillies
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tblspn oil
salt to taste
coriander to garnish

Procedure of Potato Bhaji

Cut the boiled potatoes into medium size pieces.
Heat oil in a vessel and then add the mustard seeds.
Once the mustard seeds pop add the cumin seeds and the chillies and the curry leaves.

Then add the potatoes and turmeric and then stir.
Add salt and then cover and keep for 3 minutes.
Then stir again and keep for another 3 minutes and then garnish with the coriander.

Then Serve And ENJOY!
