Job Description
Person has to assist in handling all tasks which will be necessary to accomplish the mission of the organization and also to help execute the staff succession and the growth plans of Datamatics. He will also train the Finance Unit of the company and other staff for raising the awareness and knowledge of matters related to financial management, then work with the President / CEO and assist the CEO and COO in knowing new funding opportunities, drafting prospective programmatic budgets, determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery, and also assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and also to advise the respective Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters. He should also ensure adequate controls which are installed and that also to handle that related substantiating documentation is approved and made available in such a way that all purchases made can pass independently and all related governmental audits.
